NJ Law Doesn't Doom Chicago Title Property Feud: 3rd Circ.
The Third Circuit on Thursday revived a real estate dispute involving Chicago Title Insurance Co. over the sale of a jointly owned property, saying the court had improperly dismissed the case by misapplying a state law requiring that all aspects of a dispute are presented in a complaint when it is filed.
