    3rd Circ. Revives Coverage Suit Against Seatbelt Maker

    The Third Circuit on Tuesday partially revived a lawsuit by testing services company SGS U.S. Testing Co. Inc. seeking to recoup litigation expenses from auto parts maker Takata Corp., finding a lower court erred in determining SGS did not state a valid claim for contractual indemnification.
