    Fed. Circ. Axes Motorola Patent Claims Against Apple

    The Federal Circuit on Tuesday affirmed a ruling from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office that nixed a pair of claims in a Motorola Mobility LLC data communications patent previously asserted against Apple Inc., concurring with the USPTO's finding that the claims were obvious in light of prior technology.
