Affinity Labs Asks Fed. Circ. To Revive Audio Link Patent
Affinity Labs of Texas LLC urged a Federal Circuit panel Monday to resurrect its patent for a system that connects portable music players to car audio systems, claiming the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office erred when it combined the teachings of two contemporary inventions to nix Affinity's invention.
