Resveratrol Supplement Maker Sued Over 'Organic' Claims
A California consumer mounted a putative class action Monday accusing a supplement maker of falsely claiming its anti-aging products contain organic resveratrol from French red wine grapes when the products are allegedly made using mostly cheaper, nonorganic Japanese knotweed.
