    Fed. Circ. Revives $80M Patent Suit Against Malibu Boats

    The Federal Circuit on Wednesday reversed a ruling that Malibu Boats LLC did not infringe a design patent for a boat windshield, finding that the lower court wrongly held that Pacific Coast Marine Windshields Ltd. was barred from alleging infringement.
