    Aaroma Not Liable For Diacetyl Consumer Claims: 3rd Circ.

    The Third Circuit ruled Friday that Aaroma Holdings LLC cannot be held liable for claims filed by consumers who say they were harmed by exposure to food coloring chemical diacetyl, saying plaintiffs must instead file suit against Emoral Inc., the chemical's bankrupt producer.
