4th Circ. OKs Incentives For Dominion Transmission Projects
The Fourth Circuit on Friday said the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission properly granted incentives to a Dominion Resources Inc. unit for five transmission projects, rejecting the claims of North Carolina utility regulators that the commission abused its discretion under the Federal Power Act.
