    4th Circ. Reverses $631K Restitution Against 'Dr. Shine'

    The Fourth Circuit on Friday reversed a lower court's order that a Maryland pastor must pay $631,000 in restitution to church members as part of his punishment for obstructing federal bankruptcy proceedings, finding the purported victims' financial losses were not directly linked to the offense the pastor was sentenced for.
