5th Circ. Reverses Ban On Miffed Officers' Website
The Fifth Circuit on Monday allowed a group of Lafayette, La., police officers to maintain a website critical of their superiors in advance of a trial on retaliation and civil rights claims, saying that clandestine recordings of interdepartmental conversations posted there were not unethically obtained.
