    Bankrupt video game developer THQ Inc. asked a Delaware federal court Friday for permission to avoid a settlement it reached with Zuffa LLC to give up its rights to the Ultimate Fighting Championship video game franchise just months before filing for Chapter 11 protection, saying the agreement was reached unfairly.
