    Broadcom's Broadband Patent Win Affirmed By Fed. Circ.

    The Federal Circuit on Monday ruled that high-speed broadband controller chips sold by Emulex Corp. infringe a Broadcom Corp. patent covering the process for analog signal conversion and kept in place an injunction levied against Emulex last year.
