    Kaplan Dodges ADA Suit Over Med Test Prep Classes

    A New Jersey federal judge Friday dismissed a suit alleging test preparation company Kaplan Inc. violated federal law by refusing to refund a customer after he missed courses due to a medical disability, finding that he was not discriminated against on the basis of a disability.
