    Fed. Circ. Backs CIT On Refund Of Asian Wind Tower Duties

    The Federal Circuit on Friday denied a bid by domestic producers to stop the U.S. Commerce Department from refunding duties imposed while the government was investigating imports of wind towers from China and Vietnam, finding that the producers' overarching challenge was unlikely to succeed.
