The parent company of Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Izod and G.H. Bass paid employees that didn't have checking accounts less than minimum wage, by forcing them to accept payroll debit cards with mandatory fees, according to a putative class action filed in California federal court Tuesday.
