Insurance broker NFP Property & Casualty Services Inc. and BrightStar Education Group Inc. have settled litigation that arose after an insurer refused to cover BrightStar's substantial defense costs from a subpoena tied to a False Claims Act suit, according to a Friday filing in Colorado federal court.
