Fed. Circ. Says Kimberly-Clark Diapers Don't Flout Patent
The Federal Circuit on Thursday affirmed the dismissal of a pro se patent holder's claim that Kimberly-Clark Corp. violated her patent for adult diapers, saying that the patented design is substantially different than the company's finished products.
