Hanginout Can Drop Google TM Suit, But Not For Free: Judge
A California federal judge on Tuesday agreed to allow social media company Hanginout Inc. to dismiss its case alleging Google Inc. infringed its trademark name after the plaintiff claimed it didn't have the financial wherewithal to carry on the fight, but ordered the plaintiff to pay for the technology giant's costs for defending the year-and-a-half proceeding.
