Geotag Must Pay Ex-Counsel For Patent Litigation, Judge Says
A Texas federal judge on Wednesday ordered Geotag Inc. to pay Mount Spelman & Fingerman PC more than $1 million, holding the company breached its contract with the firm by failing to pay attorneys' fees after Mount Spelman represented it in a patent infringement dispute.
