Neiman Marcus Wants Data Breach Class Action Tossed
Neiman Marcus Group Ltd. LLC hit back Wednesday against a proposed class action in New York alleging it failed to properly safeguard customers' privacy in a recent data breach, saying the complaint fails to allege that fraudulent charges are attributable to the hack, or that they caused any real harm.

Target Data Breach Probe Expands To Neiman Marcus
A multistate investigation of Target Corp.'s recent data breach has expanded to include Neiman Marcus Group Ltd. Inc. after the luxury retailer disclosed a similar holiday-season cyberattack, an official with knowledge of the matter said Tuesday.
