    23andMe Faces Suit Over Recently Banned DNA Tests

    DNA testing company 23andMe Inc. was hit last week with a proposed class action in California federal court accusing it of falsely claiming its saliva collection kit can detect genetic-related health problems, a month after the U.S. Food and Drug Administration ordered the company to halt sales of the test.
