    Fed Circ. Finds Website Patent Invalid, Jury Award Revisited

    The Federal Circuit on Friday sent back to Texas federal court an infringement dispute over two patents owned by DDR Holdings LLC that extend e-commerce technology to third-party websites, ruling that one of the patents that served as the basis for a jury award against a travel company was invalid.
