PNC Bank To Pay $32.3M To End Force-Placed Insurance Suit
PNC Bank NA will pay $32.3 million to settle a Florida federal class action accusing the bank of overcharging homeowners for force-placed insurance, after Bank of America NA, HSBC Bank USA NA and others reached similar deals, a Monday filing said.
