Oakley Settles Suit With Fry's, Best Buy Over Eyewear Design
Oakley Inc. has settled a lawsuit in California federal court accusing Best Buy Co. Inc. and Fry's Electronics Inc. of selling a patent-infringing brand of sunglasses that have a video camera in the frame, it said Thursday.

Oakley Sues Best Buy, Fry's, Others Over Eyewear Design
Oakley Inc. filed suit against several eyeglass purveyors and electronics companies Friday in California federal court, alleging that Best Buy Co. Inc., Fry's Electronics Inc. and others were infringing on its design patent with sunglasses that have a camera in the frame.
