Holland & Knight LLP has asked a Massachusetts federal judge to withdraw an adversary complaint filed by the trustee in Inofin Inc.'s Chapter 7 bankruptcy case, saying in a motion released Monday that the malpractice case should be heard before a jury in district court given the underlying securities issues.
