Quiznos Gets OK For Ch. 11 Plan To Slash $400M In Debt
A Delaware bankruptcy judge gave the green light Monday to an amended Chapter 11 plan for the owner of sandwich chain Quiznos that aims to slash its debt by more than $400 million and provide unsecured creditors with a $2 million cash recovery.

Ex-Execs Fight Quiznos Ch. 11 Plan Over Debtors' Bid To Sue
A group of former executives for Quiznos sandwich chain owner QCE Finance LLC on Tuesday fought the company's Chapter 11 plan, objecting that it includes illegal debtor plans to sue them over claims that they had deceptively lured investors during a previous restructuring.

Quiznos Gets Nod On Franchisee Deal Over $40M In Claims
A Delaware bankruptcy judge signed off Friday on a deal between the company that owns sandwich chain Quiznos and a dozen franchisees suing the company in Colorado, resolving more than $40 million in total claims and providing for mutual litigation releases.
