Travel booking service Hotwire Inc. on Friday failed to shut down a proposed class action alleging it conspired with Hertz to artificially inflate rental car prices in Mexico as a Delaware federal court ruled it couldn't seek immunity as an internet content provider because there could be evidence it was involved in the creation of the content.
