Netflix, Others Can't Keep Del. Gift Card Suit In Fed. Court
A Delaware federal judge sent a lawsuit alleging Netflix Inc., Overstock.com Inc. and other companies of illegally withholding gift card balances back to state court on Thursday, rejecting the businesses' argument that the lawsuit belongs in federal court because it implicates constitutional questions.
