Franchisees Lose Bid To Block Seattle's Minimum Wage Law
A Washington federal judge refused Tuesday to stall the implementation of Seattle's $15-per-hour minimum wage law on large businesses and franchisees, saying franchisees have failed to substantiate their argument that they will be put at a competitive disadvantage compared with mom-and-pop shops.
