Miami Claims JPMorgan Used Discriminatory Lending Tactics
The city of Miami sued JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Florida federal court on Friday, accusing the bank of causing a disproportionate number of foreclosures in minority neighborhoods by engaging in discriminatory lending practices, two weeks after the city of Los Angeles hit JPMorgan with similar claims.
