Whole Foods 'Organic' Labeling Suit To Stay In Federal Court
A federal judge on Wednesday rejected a bid to remand a proposed class action accusing Whole Foods Market California Inc. of mislabeling some of its products as "organic" or "all-natural," saying the complaint's allegations could lead a jury to conclude that the damages would meet the $5 million threshold for federal court jurisdiction.
