An Oklahoma federal judge on Thursday nixed a class action seeking to block the operation of a $450 million wind farm in rural Oklahoma, saying area residents challenging the project haven't shown that they'll be harmed by the running of its wind turbines.

Apex Wind Turbine Project Is Unhealthy, Suit Says
