Fish Hatchery Enviro. Review Missing Climate Change Impact
A federal district judge Tuesday ruled that an environmental review of a Washington state fish hatchery was arbitrary in that the National Marine Fisheries Service didn't properly consider the effects of climate change when looking at the hatchery's water use, but didn't find the review was arbitrary on any other basis.
