A Pennsylvania federal judge ruled Wednesday that the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority violated an advocacy group's First Amendment rights by refusing to run an ad on buses calling Islam anti-Semitic and calling on the U.S. to end aid to Muslim countries.
