Cisco Systems Accuses Rival Arista Of Infringement
Cisco Systems Inc. alleged on Friday in California federal court that rival Arista Networks Inc. is infringing on 12 of its networking patents that Arista executives helped develop when they were at Cisco, at least the second such suit against the younger company claiming patent theft.
