Maligned Speech-Supplement Producer Settles With FTC
NourishLife LLC has agreed to stop making allegedly deceptive claims that their dietary supplements effectively treat children with speech disorders, including autism spectrum disorders, according to a joint settlement with the Federal Trade Commission filed Friday in Illinois federal court.

The Federal Trade Commission filed suit against NourishLife LLC Wednesday in Illinois federal court, alleging that the dietary supplement company deceptively advertises that their supplements improve the speech of children with autism and other developmental disorders.
