Burger King Employees Want Quick Win On Damages
Burger King workers fighting for overtime pay in a Fair Labor Standards Act collective action asked a Florida federal judge Thursday to rule that the workers are entitled to liquidated damages because Burger King has not shown that it classified operations coaches as overtime exempt in good faith.
