Refining Group Sues BNSF Over Oil Tank Car Surcharge
A U.S. refiners group sued BNSF Railway Co. in Texas federal court on Friday, claiming it can't impose a surcharge on older rail tank cars carrying crude oil that have been cited in several fiery derailments as long as they are still blessed by federal transportation regulators.
