SeaWorld Urges Judge To Toss Whale Abuse Class Action
SeaWorld Entertainment Inc. on Monday asked a California federal judge to toss a proposed class action filed over the marine park's allegedly harmful treatment of its whales, saying that the aggrieved visitors aren't entitled to sue over their philosophical disagreements and failed to show that the park misrepresented how it treated the animals.
