InCom, Disney End MagicBand Patent Infringement Suit
InCom Corp. and The Walt Disney Co. have reached an agreement in California federal court to end a patent infringement suit that accused the entertainment company of illegally using InCom's tracking system patents to monitor attendance and purchase history in parks with Disney's MagicBand device.
