Baby Co. Says Sanctions Unnecessary In Trade Secrets Row
Summer Infant on Tuesday pushed a Rhode Island federal court to reject a bid to sanction the company and its counsel, including Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP, arguing the three former company executives accused of lifting intellectual property have not been prejudiced financially or otherwise in the litigation.

Skadden Faces Sanctions Bid In Trade Secret Row
Three former Summer Infant executives accused of stealing the company's intellectual property urged a Rhode Island federal judge Monday to sanction Summer Infant and its counsel, including Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP, over their alleged "scorched earth litigation tactics."
