Navajo Trespass Claims Joined With Condemnation Case
A New Mexico federal judge on Monday consolidated two suits about the operation by the state's largest utility provider of a crucial transmission line over five land allotments owned by members of the Navajo Nation, giving a boost to trespass claims against the utility by several of the landowners.
