A California federal judge on Tuesday admonished a White & Case LLP attorney representing Toshiba Corp. in its bid to dismiss or arbitrate Dell Inc.'s multidistrict antitrust litigation alleging a lithium-ion battery price-fixing scheme, saying Toshiba had generated excessive filings and "I do not take kindly to churning."

Dell Inc. became the latest computer manufacturer on Friday to accuse Panasonic Corp., Toshiba Corp., Sony Corp. and others of participating in a price-fixing scheme among lithium ion battery makers, filing a suit in the California federal court where a multidistrict litigation is proceeding over the alleged scheme.
