    Whole Foods Overcharging Case Will Stay In Federal Court

    Manhattan U.S. District Judge Paul A. Engelmayer refused Tuesday to let a proposed class action by a Whole Foods customer who says he was overcharged return to state court, saying back-of-the envelope math easily carries potential damages to the $5 million threshold and chiding a "desperate" bid to escape the federal venue.
