Nestle Purina asked a California federal judge on Monday to dismiss a potential class action accusing the company of relying on slave labor to provide fish for Fancy Feast cat food, claiming the cat owners behind the suit can't link any products they purchased to so-called "sea slaves" in Southeast Asia.
