Judge Tells Sony Class Attys: Don't Misspell My Name
A California federal judge on Tuesday held off on approving Sony's sweetened $3.75 million deal that would end a putative class action claiming Sony reneged on its promise to let users run other operating systems on their PlayStation 3s, saying there's a number of items in the deal they have to "clean up," like consistently misspelling her name.
