    A Texas federal judge on Monday sentenced a former St. Louis Cardinals scouting director to 46 months in prison after he pled guilty to five criminal counts for unlawfully accessing the computers and emails of Houston Astros employees to obtain scouting and draft information, in fallout from the hacking scandal that came to light last summer.
