Two former college athletes on Monday dismissed their putative class actions in Illinois federal court against FanDuel Inc. and DraftKings Inc. over the use of their names and likenesses, dropping their claims that the fantasy sports sites profited off their hard work.

DraftKings, FanDuel Face Class Actions Over College Players
A former college football player hit fantasy sports betting sites FanDuel and DraftKings with proposed class actions in Illinois federal court Wednesday, claiming the sites racked up huge profits using the names and likenesses of college athletes without their consent.
