A Washington federal judge on Tuesday tossed the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's antitrust challenge to a first-of-its-kind Seattle ordinance allowing drivers for Uber, Lyft and other ride-hailing apps to unionize, saying the suit prematurely alleges future harm from a law that hasn't yet taken effect.
