Judge Won't End Chubb's Trade Secret Suit Against Rival
A federal judge in New Jersey on Tuesday refused to toss Chubb INA Holdings Inc.'s revised lawsuit against an industry rival over an alleged scheme to use Chubb's confidential information and recruit its employees, finding the insurer stated a viable claim under the recently enacted Defend Trade Secrets Act.

Chubb Can Pursue Federal Trade Secrets Claim Against Rival
A New Jersey federal judge on Monday granted Chubb INA Holdings Inc.'s request to pursue a Defend Trade Secrets Act claim in a revised lawsuit against a rival insurer over an alleged scheme to use Chubb's confidential information and recruit its employees, saying the defendants would not be unfairly disadvantaged.
